Selected Projects

I am passionate about interactive computational design and exploring the integration of innovative technologies with design for building user experience. My specialty lies in conveying the essence and value by building narratives through creative communication. My research interests are on the use of wearable technologies and digital fabrication in affective design and mental well-being. I am also interested in using XR and AI to build a user experience for the mental health care of society.

Loose Loop is a storytelling film based on the future implications of wearable products that utilise neural data. It delivers the story based on the future artefact “Loosening” and its production world, behind the disclosed part to the public. Loose Loop explores the speculative world of neural media and the potential conflicts that may arise between business and technology in this world.

Loosening is a wearable accessory designed to widen mental well-being by suggesting a tool that is responsive to the user, which can support meditation and break in daily life, as well as serving as a fashionable item.

Discover Ta Oi is a digital archive produced for Fashion4Freedom to acknowledge the traditional craftsmanship of the Ta Oi tribe in Vietnam. By digital storytelling, we aim to engage with a wider audience and build a narrative and heritage of their beautiful practices.
